WHAT TO EXPECT

Scheduled in September and October. Cost is $625 with a $350 deposit due at time of scheduling.

Mileage Rates

Additional fees apply for properties 25+ miles outside of Sioux Falls:

  • 26-50 miles = $69.99
  • 51-75 miles = $99.99
  • 76-100 miles = $129.99
  • 101-125 miles = $159.99
  • 126-150 miles = $189.99
  • 151-175 miles = $209.99
  • 176-200 miles = $229.99
What's included with a pool closing?
  • 1 quart of algaecide and 2 gallons of shock.
  • Removal of return fittings and installation of winterization plugs.
  • 6 gallons of antifreeze. If additional antifreeze is needed, the client will be invoiced $9.99/gallon.
  • Winterization of pump, heater, filter, and pool plumbing lines.
  • Winterization plugs are $3.99, unless supplied by the client.
  • Gizmo skimmer plugs are $14.99, unless supplied by the client.
Do you store my cartridge filters over the winter?

If you select "cartridge filter cleaning" in the online form below, we will clean and return filters upon completion of all pool closings. We will contact you before returning them. This will likely be in December.

Can I move my closing date back after I’ve confirmed a date?

We can’t guarantee a new date, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact our office as soon as possible at 605-667-1488.

My pool needs some repairs. Can you take care of this during my pool closing?

We can handle minor repairs at the time of closing. Please add specific requests on the pool closing form, and we will inform you if we can accommodate your request.

What do you need from me for a pool closing?
  • If you have winterization plugs, winter cover, or any other winterization materials, please set these by the pool equipment before our arrival.
  • Any removed items will be placed near the pool equipment unless otherwise specified (e.g., skimmer baskets, return fittings, filters, etc.)
